CASELAB® ("we", "us") operates caselab.us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Order data — name, shipping address, email, and payment details (processed by Shop Pay, PayPal, or Apple Pay; we never store full card numbers).
• Account & support data — emails you send us and order history.
• Usage data — pages visited, device type, and referral source, collected via cookies and analytics.

How we use it

• Fulfill and ship your orders, and send tracking updates.
• Answer support requests and honor warranty claims.
• Send marketing emails only if you opt in — every email has one-click unsubscribe.
• Improve the store through aggregated, de-identified analytics.

We use a small number of cookies: essential cookies that keep your cart working, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages help shoppers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the cart may stop persisting if you do. The banner at the bottom of the site lets you acknowledge our cookie use.

• Delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as completing an order.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information: to exercise any CCPA right, email privacy@caselab.us with the subject "CCPA Request". We verify requests via your order email and respond within 45 days.

Visitors from the EU/EEA (GDPR)

If you visit from the European Economic Area, we process your data on the legal bases of contract (fulfilling your order) and legitimate interest (site analytics). You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, or restriction of processing at privacy@caselab.us, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Data retention & security

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes; support emails for 2 years; analytics data is aggregated after 14 months. All traffic is encrypted with TLS, and payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant through our providers.

Terms of Service (summary)

• All prices are in USD; tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping state.
• Free standard US shipping on orders over $35; 30-day free returns on all orders.
• Clear cases carry a lifetime anti-yellow warranty; all cases carry a 1-year defect warranty.
• Product designs are CASELAB intellectual property and may not be reproduced.
