Furniture is made to order and ships in 2–3 weeks. Decor, bedding and lighting ship within two business days. Free shipping applies to orders over $75; white-glove furniture delivery is a flat $89.
Usually yes. Tables and beds can be resized in one-inch increments for about 15% over list, and we will send a full-scale drawing to approve before anything is cut. Email us with your dimensions.
We repair any joint we cut, free, for the first three years — including collection and redelivery. After that it is a flat $95 plus shipping. We have never refused a repair on age alone.
