1. Who we are
This site is operated by Nova Rey Official (“we”). For data protection questions write to privacy@novarey.example. Nova Rey is a fictional artist used to demonstrate this HTML template; replace this section with the real controller’s name, registered address and, where required, the details of a data protection officer or EU representative.
2. What we collect
- Newsletter: your email address, the date of consent and whether you opened previous mailings.
- Booking enquiries: name, company, email, optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and referring page, collected in server logs.
We do not ask for, and do not want, special category data. Do not send payment details through the contact form.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
Newsletter mailings are sent on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message. Booking enquiries are processed on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Server logs are kept under our legitimate interest in operating a secure site.
4. Cookies and embedded players
The site sets one essential storage item recording your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear. Nothing else is stored until you consent.
Video and audio players on this site are click-to-load. No request is made to YouTube or Spotify, and no cookie of theirs is set, until you press play on a specific player. When you do, that provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policy.
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd) — loaded from the no-cookie domain.
- Spotify AB — loaded only after you press play.
- Google Fonts — stylesheet and font files are requested when the page loads. Self-host them if you need to avoid this.
5. How long we keep it
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days. Booking enquiries are kept for 24 months. Server logs are kept for 14 days.
6. Sharing
We share data with our email delivery provider and our hosting provider, each acting as a processor under contract. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your data, to object to it, and to withdraw consent. Write to privacy@novarey.example and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
9. Children
The newsletter is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has subscribed, write to us and we will remove the record.
10. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date, and by email if they affect the newsletter.
